For the month of February, where everything around us is about love, I want to encourage us all to cultivate more self-love and compassion by learning to quiet the Critic in our heads. Learning about your brain's natural Negativity Bias will help become aware of your negative thought patterns and how they are hindering you from offering yourself the love and compassion you deserve.
